Arts Access

ArtSouth – $100,000
To expand ArtSouth’s art intervention model that uses art education and art therapy in their incarceration-impacted programs to unify families that are fragmented by the repercussions of imprisonment, consequently creating connections that benefit justice-involved populations and the broader Miami-Dade community during confinement and after re-entry into society.

Brevo Theatre – $100,000 
To support the development and community of young artists of color in South Florida by funding Brevo Theatre’s “Young, Gifted, and Brave: Theatre for Youth” and “Freshly Rooted: New Works” Series.

Commissioner – $150,000
To strengthen organizational capacity at Commissioner and deepen artist and community support by expanding the staff, creating 1:1 coaching and mentorship opportunities for artists, and offer members enhanced learning opportunities related to art collecting.

Florida International University Foundation – $100,000 
To scale the collaboration between FIU’s Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab (WPHL) and IPC ArtSpace/Iris PhotoCollective (IPC) in Little Haiti that will include hosting eight exhibitions of documentary photography working toward the common goal of sparking conversation around the theme – “This is the U.S.: Voices of Miami’s Diasporas”.

Hued Songs – $100,000 
To support Hued Songs to expand their capacity to invest in programs that celebrate and support Black and Brown artists and scale highly accessible multidisciplinary artistic programming across Miami-Dade County.

Miami Museum of Contemporary Art of the African Diaspora (Miami MoCAAD) – $100,000 
To support Miami MoCAAD’s ARt+Tech Workshop program, delivering 52 after-school workshops using AR/VR tools to engage youth in standards-based creative learning, digital storytelling, and immersive artmaking.

Museum of Contemporary Art of North Miami – $150,000 
To expand The Museum of Contemporary Art of North Miami’s free, community-centered artmaking programs and public events during its 30th anniversary season, culminating in the launch of MOCAfest 2026—a family day-style celebration spotlighting local artists, creators of all ages, and community wellness through interactive art, live performance, and resource sharing.

To support ebuilding and expanding editorial projects and books at Name Publications by strengthening publications program and building on the editorial and research possibilities of existing Migrant Archives initiative.

O Cinema – $100,000 
To expand O Cinema’s digital and physical infrastructure, increasing access to immersive storytelling in South Florida and beyond.

Pioneer Winter Collective – $100,000
To increase public access to inclusive, community-rooted dance programming by creating new work, performances, workshops, and artist accelerators, while strengthening Pioneer Winter Collective’s capacity to support diverse voices and bodies.

Third Horizon Film Festival – $100,000
To expand Third Horizon Film Festival’s operational capacity and deepen engagement across South Florida’s Caribbean neighborhoods and creative communities.

Arts Education

Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County – $100,000 
To support the expansion of the Arsht Center’s free Learning Through the Arts education program to benefit up to 160,000 M-DCPS students, teachers and teaching artists for two years through The Busy Bees’ Great Adventure for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, Kitty Hawk for 7th and 8th grade, and I am Me for 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade.

African Heritage Cultural Arts Center – $100,000 
To expand access to multidisciplinary arts training, enhance professional workshops and community events, invest in technology, staff development, and marketing, and strengthen the Marshall L. Davis, Sr. African Heritage Cultural Arts Center’s local, regional, and national impact.

Armour Dance Theatre – $100,000 
To enable Armour Dance Theatre to build on its artistic growth by commissioning professional works, inviting homegrown artists to re-engage in the Theatre, expanding performance opportunities to include dancers from all five community sites, and removing barriers to participation through transportation support.

Arts for Learning – $200,000 
To support Arts for Learning’s visual art, theatre, music, and creative movement preschool programs at Miami-Dade County Head Start & Early Head Start classrooms to nurture the social development and school readiness of our community’s youngest and most vulnerable learners, with an emphasis on supporting children identified with emerging developmental delays.

Evolutionary Arts Life Foundation – $100,000 
To support Evolutionary Arts Life Foundation launch and scale a tuition-free youth film lab serving 300 students annually with professional mentorship, industry-standard equipment, and a youth-led curriculum that culminates in a summer showcase and national festival submissions.

GableStage – $100,000
To sustain and strengthen GableStage’s Education and Community Engagement Department while launching the bold new hospital-based initiative A Shot of Fun!, and ensuring all school-based and community programs remain deeply connected to productions and accessible.

Guitars Over Guns – $200,000
To support Guitars Over Guns continued investment in their artist-mentors and advancing transformative student development through a continuum of opportunities for youth including the launch of an inaugural Summer Academy.

Juggerknot Theatre Company – $100,000
To expand Juggerknot’s two flagship educational programs: Miami Bus Stop Stories, an immersive theatre series that teaches local history by transforming public transit and historic sites into storytelling stages, and the Miami Immersive Intensive, a four-day hands-on training that provides local students with access to world-class immersive theatre training, together positioning Miami as a national leader in immersive theatre creation, education, and training.

Karen Peterson Dancers – $100,000
To enable Karen Peterson Dancers’ to double the capacity of its in-school residency program, Everyone Dances, to serve 20 Miami-Dade schools and 300 teens with special needs.

Mexican American Council – $100,000
To empower MAC to expand its Homestead-Miami Mariachi Conservatory by increasing student access, equipping more youth with instruments, and ensuring that culturally rich, high-quality music education reaches even more underserved communities across South Miami-Dade.

Miami Children’s Museum – $100,000
To expand the reach of the Miami Children’s Museum’s arts and education programming in underserved neighborhoods and reach 495 youth in K – 5th-grade at six Title 1 schools in low-resourced neighborhoods.

Miami City Ballet – $100,000
To expand and strengthen Miami City Ballet’s community engagement programming — serving over 9,000 individuals in under-resourced Miami-Dade communities — by deepening in-school partnerships and launching new Explore Dance residencies in community centers in order to broaden access beyond the school day, increase program equity, and deliver high-quality arts instruction that supports academic success, creativity, and social-emotional development.

Miami Music Project – $150,000
To enable Miami Music Project to strategically expand arts education for low-income and immigrant communities, strengthening its programs across seven chapters, and providing targeted investments in flagship sites.

Miami New Drama – $150,000
To support the next phase of advancement and development of the Miami New Drama education department as a second space is opened including expansion of artistic education staff and development of new services for the Miami community.

Moonlighter FabLab – $100,000
To support Moonlighter FabLab expand access for underserved communities to multidisciplinary arts education focused on the development and delivery of high-quality, hands-on programming in digital fabrication, design, and creative arts for K–12 and college-aged students.

Nu Deco Ensemble – $150,000
To expand Nu Deco Ensemble’s capacity to provide equitable arts education and build the next generation of artists and audiences through education concerts, in-school workshops, internships, and youth ensemble training.

O, Miami – $150,000
To expand the impact of O, Miami and enable them to serve 83 Miami-Dade schools to use poetry as an educational tool for shared authorship, placemaking, and regional storytelling, in a way increasingly recognized beyond the region.

Teeny Violini – $100,000
To allow Teeny Violini to deepen its impact in early childhood classrooms across Miami-Dade, growing from 19 to 29 school partners and bringing joyful, culturally affirming music education to over 1,250 young learners.

The Motivational Edge – $100,000
To support The Motivational Edge in providing innovative and inclusive arts education initiatives to diverse communities and ensuring equitable access to arts education for Miami’s most vulnerable young populations, including youth in foster care, juvenile centers, and homeless shelters.

Vocal Youth Miami – $100,000
To support internal and artistic infrastructure-building for Vocal Youth Miami as it expands to meet demand from the community for highly accessible, culturally relevant choral education programs including launching 2 new open-to-all chorus hubs, 1 new community-embedded site in an underserved neighborhood and 4 Title I school programs, introducing a new songwriting curriculum, and growing its Development team.

Young Musicians Unite – $200,000
To enable Young Musicians Unite to expand from 12 to 18 Title I schools in Central Miami-Dade, serving 5,861 students and supporting in-school and after-school instruction, public performances, and ensuring free, high-quality music education for grades 5–12 while improving academic outcomes, strengthening social-emotional development, and restoring long-term arts access.

Bakehouse Art Complex – $150,000
To support over 100+ resident artists at Bakehouse Art Complex with affordable studio space, professional and creative development, and collaboration opportunities.

Bas Fisher Invitational– $100,000
To build program capacity for Bas Fisher Invitational’s program, “Heat Exchange: Arts & Infrastructure from the Tropics to the Arctic,” a residency exchange program connecting Miami artists with Norwegian art institutions to foster cross-cultural dialogue and community impact.

Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator (DVCAI)  – $100,000
To sustain the Diaspora Vibe Cultural Arts Incubator Catalyst Award Fellowships and support local studio rent, program staff, and expand out-of-county international artist-in-residence travel for Catalyst awardees.

Fantasy Theatre Factory – $100,000
To enable Fantasy Theatre Factory to support the expansion of the Cultural Arts Partnership at Sandrell Rivers Theater, providing no-cost, full-support artist residencies that elevate the work of new, emerging, under-resourced performing arts groups through access to rehearsal and performance space, technical resources, marketing support, and Business of the Arts training, helping these groups expand their capacity, amplify diverse voices, and strengthen Miami’s diverse emerging arts organizations.

Fountainhead Arts – $150,000
To sustain Fountainhead Arts residency program’s core components while developing a robust alumni program that includes funding, education, and discursive opportunities.

Locust Projects – $100,000
To support Locust Projects’ capacity to commission ambitious new work and present free public programs—including a relaunched Talks with leading curators and new Artist Speaker Series—that activate the new space as a hub for gathering, deepen community connections, and build lasting networks between artists and audiences across Miami.

Miami Light Project – $150,000
To strengthen and deepen Miami Light Project’s Artist-in-Residence program by growing its network of partnerships with nationally and internationally recognized cultural centers and residency programs; to commission bold, new artistic work; to invest in technology that improves operations, communications, and dissemination of our work; and to build the capacity of our organization to deliver our programs to the community.

Oolite Arts – $100,000
To enable Oolite Arts to continue to provide transformative experiences for Miami artists to practice and hone their craft around the world through meaningful residencies with other fellow Miami artists.

Rhythm Foundation – $100,000
To expand the Bandshell Laboratories platform at Rhythm Foundation through the commissioning of new works, the acquisition of critical technical equipment, and support for program and technical staff.

The Writers Room @ The Betsy – $100,000
To enable The Writer’s Room @ The Betsy to increase direct support to resident artists, enhance community programming, engage and train community curators and arts administrators, and create a diversified fundraising program to ensure long-term sustainability.

Women Photographers International Archive (WOPHA) – $100,000
To scale the Women Photographers International Archive WOPHA programs to support two annual Research Fellowships and two annual Artists-in-Residence for women photographers and photography scholars, furthering Miami as a meeting place for the international photography community.
